At CarCare Automobile Workshop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be provided for services or products purchased at our workshop.
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
If a service has been paid for but not yet started, a refund may be issued upon request, after deducting any inspection or diagnostic charges already incurred.
Refunds for spare parts are applicable only if the part is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with intact packaging.
Electrical parts, batteries, and customized or special-order items are not eligible for refund once sold.
Any genuine manufacturing defect in a spare part will be handled through replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty, not a cash refund.
Advance payments made for services or parts are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If CarCare is unable to deliver the promised service, the advance amount may be refunded or adjusted against future services.
Service appointments can be cancelled before work begins to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations after work has started will not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
